    Pool was great

The check-in process was quite complicated, and unfortunately, the staff at reception were not particularly helpful. The air conditioning was leaking water, which resulted in the floor being flooded. There was also a bad smell coming from the drain. The towels did not dry properly, and we found hair on the bed sheet. It’s also worth mentioning that there isn’t really a proper bed, but rather a mattress. We travel a lot and are really not picky, but unfortunately, the apartment was simply not what we were hoping for. However Communication via Whatts App with the owner was good.

    最悪です

    立地はよかった

    エアコンから水が漏れて部屋が水浸しになっていた その後のスタッフの対応もとても悪かったです。
