Great value for money and good setup for an overnight stay.
Great to have whole space to ourselves, and ability to park off-street. Fantastic overnight stay on our road trip.

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the property. It had good facilities and was quite roomy.
It was a good size and the bed was comfortable
We didn’t stay longer

It was filthy and unacceptable
The bed is only a double but at least the sheets were clean
Cleanliness! Previous occupants cat's litter still on bathroom floor. Black ants. Blowflies. Rubbish on floor. Cobwebs. Dirty surfaces. Filthy curtains. Dirty shower floor. Holes in bathroom wall. Hot water range out after 3 minutes in shower. Filthy kettle. Sliding door frame has come away from wall. Bedside lamp doesn't work. Filthy light switches.
