    Très bon séjour

    Très bonne situation, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. En cas de besoin vous pourrez compter sur Tecla par Whatapp.

    Petit point à améliorer concernant la sécurité : il faut une clé pour allumer la lumière, ce qui n’est pas gênant en soi. Cependant, la clé de la chambre est attachée au même porte-clés avec cadenas. Il serait préférable, pour des raisons de sécurité, de pouvoir détacher la clé de la chambre et la laisser dans la serrure, notamment pendant la nuit. Cela permettrait de sortir facilement et rapidement de la chambre en cas d’urgence.

    The hotel was communicative and the location was in a quiet area. They helped us cancel right away but didn't offer any any apology or explanation about the many ants we found in the room.

    ANTS! Unfortunately our room was filled with ants in both the washroom and the room itself. We don't know if this is an one-off as many other reviews for this place state that the room is super clean but we ended up staying at another place immediately. The location is in a quiet area but perhaps a slightly rougher area of town. You will need to climb 2-3 flights of stairs and there are no elevators. The place has a common area along with two other rooms just to be aware. You will not be able to use the air conditioning unless you insert the hotel keys into a port so the room was very hot upon arriving which was very unfortunate during the heat wave and it seemed like it took a while to cool the room.
