  The apartment was very comfortable and in a convenient location for a 4 night stay in Catania. There was an elevator, which made luggage transport easy. The host provided everything we needed in the kitchen and many extra touches. I enjoyed using the Bluetooth stereo system, for instance, and appreciated the coffee pods, sugar, and other treats. The air conditioner worked very well, and the beds were comfortable. The host was very gracious and flexible with our delayed arrival due to the Etna eruption, and we appreciate their understanding and working with us on that issue. We enjoyed our stay at this property very much and would recommend it to others.

  Highly recommended

  Starting with friendly, welcoming, and helpful host– excellent and prompt communication from the moment we made the reservation and throughout our stay. Host personally met us on arrival, showed us/ explained around the apartment, and provided many valuable tips about our stay, the city, excursions, and nearby shops and restaurants. Thank you very much Jack! Apartment was exactly as described, air-conditioned (living room plus 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room), perfectly located (5 minutes from the Duomo, 10-15 minutes from the bus and train stations, with a public transport stop right outside the building (15-20 minutes to the beach and airport). The building, staircase, like the apartment, were very clean, safe, and equipped with everything (and even more 😊) you need during your stay. A welcome kit included drinks, snacks, sweets, fruit, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped (fridge, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker (and a huge supply of coffee/ tea), kettle, and much more). There was a washing machine in apartment. The bathroom (with shower) was clean, and there were toiletries, towels, and utensils. Cutelli Square, where the apartment is located, can be a really loud place (the acoustics are a factor), and in the evenings (especially on weekends), locals gather to celebrate (which, of course, can be loud and may disturb someone). Not for us, we felt safe during our stay, and we treated it as part of "local folklore" 😊

  Apartment was lovely with everything you need. Location was excellent, walking distance to Cathedral, Via Etna Street, train station and bus from airport. Jack, owner, meet us at apartment and gave an overview of the apartment and information on directions to things as well as restaurants. He was responsive during our communications. The apartment was stocked with essentials such as milk, coffee, teabags, washing machine and dishwasher tablets etc. There were also a few lovely touches such as a bottle of prosesco, beer, chocolates, fruit. Overall we absolutely loved staying in the apartment and would highly recommend it. If I am ever back in Catania I would certainly rebook this apartment.
