Location. I've stayed in this complex every year for the past 5years, each with a different management company.

Please align your messaging. I got an email from Booking.com providing a PIN code and asking what time I plan to arrive that also included a note that check in isn't until 4pm. I interpreted this as the PIN code is the door code and I can let you know that I'll be there at noon--neither are correct. Please change the door codes more often, I have a family member that stayed in this exact unit in May2025 and the door code is the same then and now--that means that ever person that has stayed in this unit since at least May also has access to my unit while I am there--that is NOT SECURE and makes you liable for any theft that could occur.
