    It was in a quiet location in pleasant surroundings. The three bedrooms were en suite.

    Water from the showers in 2 bedrooms drained very slowly and there was a slug in one of them. Guests might want to bring an anti-slip mat with them.The light over the basin in the rear right room did not work. It would be helpful to have more hooks to hang damp towels. The The kitchen was small to cater for 6 adults. The toaster had to be lifted onto another work surface to plug it in and the food blender was broken. The information booklet states that the heating is untimed and the owner will turn it on if requested but when we returned at 6.30 one evening after a very wet day we were told the heating was timed and would come on in another hour.

    A superb hilly retreat

    We enjoyed 3 lovelly nights here. The accommodation was perfect with a walk in shower, window seats overlooking the mountains, a lot of seating to enjoy our meals in the garden and a quiet place to have a help yourself breakfast.
