I was quite disappointed with the check-in experience. The official check-in time was 3:00 PM, and although I arrived slightly later, at around 3:15–3:20 PM, I was still asked to wait another 20 minutes because my room was not ready. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but I believe the room should have been ready by the stated check-in time. Unfortunately, this delay affected my plans, as I had a spa booking at 4:00 PM, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to enjoying during my stay. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a rather hectic experience, as I had to rush to make it to my spa appointment on time. It was disappointing, especially when the purpose of this trip was to unwind and enjoy the facilities without feeling rushed. I hope the hotel can improve its room preparation and check-in arrangements to ensure that future guests have a smoother and more pleasant experience.
