  The room was modern and clean and spacious. The hotel has a great theme, well executed. There's a Cafe in the lobby and they give out vouchers to guests. It's a great location. Nearby everything. Bathroom is great. Bed is very big. The robots everywhere are a blast. It was a great stay!!!

  I had to figure out how to work everything in the room via tablet. Would have appreciated a hint, as I didn't know that's what it was for and only turned it fully on in desperation. But once on, it worked great! Also the door at night requires staff members to open, which can be a bit awkward. But they're so helpful that it was fine!

  I love and miss you all. Thank you so much.

  I liked every single thing and I wish to thank every single member of the staff, especially the front desk staff - Ryan and Roy, because they made sure to help me with every single request, but the same applies to every other member of the team, even though I talked to those two the most because their English level was the best, but everyone else used one of the apps for translation and successful communication. Thank you. Location: Perfect for whichever mode of transportation you prefer: taxi, metro, Didi, or walking around. Lines 2 (Hubei station) and 5 (Dongmen station) are just there, about 50m away from the hotel, whereas Laojie station (line 1) is also within the walking distance of 5-7 minutes in case you don't want to bother with changing metro lines. Lines 1 and 2 are the main ones in Shenzhen, so, this hotel offers the perfect solution. Food and drinks: Breakfast at the hotel was fine enough to cover my morning needs, as well as the coffee shop next to the front desk with free or discounted vouchers for the guests of the hotel. McDonald's is next to the hotel and lots of different restaurants, bars, coffee shops, behind the hotel... So, please make sure to explore those tiny alleys and streets behind the hotel. Laundry: One of the most important things in a city with hot and humid climate where you would need to shower and change clothes at least twice a day is the fact that the hotel has washing and drying machines included in the booking fee. Make sure to use them if you're staying multiple days. For every little request or guidance, don't be afraid to talk to the front desk staff and treat them with respect like you want to be treated.
