    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay, perfect location and exceptional hospitality! ❤️ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at D’Autor Apartments in Porto! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Porto, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the city! The breakfasts were also absolutely delicious, with a great selection of food. Everything made our stay even more enjoyable. However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Filipa Teixeira, who went above and beyond to help me after I accidentally left my AirPods in the apartment. I had already returned to Poland when I realized they were missing. Filipa was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. She found my AirPods, carefully packed them and even took the time to send them back to Poland. She was so kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the entire process. She genuinely cared about helping me, even though I was no longer a guest at the hotel. It’s rare to meet people who put so much heart into their work. Filipa is an absolute gem, and the hotel is incredibly lucky to have her! ❤️ Thank you for such a lovely stay and for making me feel so well taken care of, even after my departure. I wholeheartedly recommend D’Autor Apartments to anyone visiting Porto. Beautiful accommodation, delicious breakfasts, an unbeatable location and, above all, truly exceptional people. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for everything! ❤️

    Excellent location, very clean and comfortable; convenient closets for storing clothes and suitcases. Good communication with the host, who was available and responded immediately to our requests.

    There are a few steps between the entrance and the elevator; this is manageable, but something to keep in mind for those with mobility difficulties. Convenient paid parking is available about 150 meters away. The bathroom is small, but clean and tidy.
