    Disappointing

    The pool area

Room Dirty carpet Ripped curtains Had to wait and hour for the key arriving after check in. Sliding door fell off and hit me in the head and was not safe to stay. Having difficulty getting refund. And told me that they hope I find other accomodation that's it and because they had to pay to get door fixed they tried to make me feel guilty because cost them 1500 baht. If it was maintained it would not have happened i said. Anywaysm. Booking .com is on to it .😉
