Water heater is not working throughout my stay and the stay not initiate anything to working on the water heater. Wifi also is not working, even if connected, within a few second the connection is failed

4泊5日で利用しましたが、一度も部屋の清掃がなく大変でした。 アーリーチェックインもホテル側から確認がありメールボックスにてルームキーが受け取れるとのことでしたが、ルームキーが入っておらず、スタッフも常駐していないため、荷物を預けるのもロビーに置きっぱなしというセキュリティ緩々な感じでした。 アメニティーも歯ブラシセット、シャンプー、ボディソープしかなく、最低限という感じでした。 インフィニティプールはよかったですが、プール用のタオルの用意もないため、部屋からタオルを持参するスタイルでした。 またティシュがないため、トイレットペーパーの用意しかありません。 テレビは音声が流れないし、価格が低いからしょうがないのかと感じました。
