    Passable

    No one welcome us upon arrival, the key was just brought to us after we called the caretaker, then just gave us the keys then left hurriedly without talking to us for any instructions or anything we needed to know at the facility. The water heater in the shower didn’t work & when I called the caretaker told me it was just us who complained about it but when their people checked it, the breaker is not the correct capacity that it tripped.
