    Great value, great location in a culdesac, close to city, supermarket and shopping centre.

    Had plenty of bedding and linen for guests. Supplied shampoo, conditioner and soap, dishwashing tablets, gladwrap, alfoil etc. plenty of cutlery and plates for big group of people. Plenty of off street parking and a lot of beds!. Bins were taken out for us when we forgot (apologies). Felt homely. Great location

    Few bits of furniture were broken eg bedside tables but didn't bother us but just concerned for others safety.

    Everything was set out and staged beautiful.

    The down stairs bedroom needs something under the double bed so it doesn’t slide around the room as it was quite annoying waking up on the bed but feet away from any walls and the same need could use a new mattress as being a heavier person all I felt was springs which I struggled with
