Nice place, but could have been better for such price

    - very good location - comfy bed - apartment has some tear and wear, but overall nice, clean and stylish - no problems with hot water - has heating and AC - wi-fi is very fast

    - a bit confusing to get in the first time - you can hear everything from the inner yard - messaging with AI assistant is not productive most of the time (but a real person answers a little bit later too) - no tea, coffee, sugar - cockroaches :(
