A fantastic stay, had everything we needed and close to everything we wanted!
It was a great location, right near the Ponte Vecchio, bakeries, lots of places to eat and walking distance to tourist attractions. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, with plenty of space when we wanted to relax for a few hours out of the August sun! Ability to access streaming sites on the tv was great too. Great coffee machine to use but make sure you buy the correct pods- they have to be bought from Bialetti, no other pods will fit. There is a Bialetti shop that we happened to pass whilst we were out and about nearby.

Excellent location, Close to everything.
Excellent location, clean and comfortable, beds very comfortable, everything we needed for a great holiday.
Could do with better pillows. Apartment is quite dark, need to have the lights on during the day, but not a big problem.

Needs improvments
Location, modern kitchen and bathroom with a balcony that needs AIR!!! Host is very responsive and tried to give some advices.
Mould walls… dangerous for respiratory diseases… dark, no windows and lack od fresh air… not cleaned bed in the living room with a lot of hair and food leftovers from previous guests. Cheap try to present as modern place, needs more attention. Bedroom is some improvisation covered with some plastic like terrace and you can hear birds / pigeons walk on top and wake you up early… no rest! No welcome water… no coffee capsules (guests do not need to ask markets compatible italy brand coffee machine …. p.s. we left 3 bottles for next guests) Light switch of hallway not working… you need to go down in total dark downstairs… Instruction manual how to behave… guest pay and for that service needs to be up to the task.

Great location
Great location and overall a very comfortable property. We were here for 3 days and were able to walk to all the major sights. Very close to good restaurants and shops. It's cosy and relaxing to come back to and has everything for an enjoyable stay.
We had an issue with a faulty door handle. We reported this and hope that it is now dealt with.
