W porządku lokalizacja, wygodne wyposażone mieszkanie, ale raczej dalej od plaży.
Gospodarz czekał na nas, miło powitał nas m.in. winem i mlekiem w lodówce (z myślą o dzieciach). Mieszkanie klimatyzowane, z przestrzenią dla każdego i z Netflixem. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, niczego nam nie brakowało. Przestronna weranda przed wejściem. Spokojna osiedlowa uliczka, gdzie zawsze udało nam się znaleźć miejsce parkingowe w zasięgu 100 m. Dobra baza wypadowa na plażę, do podróży autem w kierunku Pisy i na północ.
Jednak było to dość daleko od plaży (z dziećmi na pieszo 35-40 minut) i głównej części miasta (25 min spaceru). Autem około 4-6 minut, więc trzeba polegać na samochodzie. Przyległy do obiektu park nie jest uregulowany, ścieżki są zarośnięte, nie da się skrócić trasy w kierunku morza :) Jeden pokój ma "ślepe" okno na wnękę kamienicy, więc jest tam ciemniej niż w reszcie mieszkania. Mieliśmy sporo mrówek - choć niegroźnych.

Very good
Very clean could not fault the owners. They thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom, comfortable extra blankets, etc. The bathroom was bright & cheerful Very tastefully decorated house.Lots of little extras. They made recycling easier by supplying bags, etc but still a pain organising the food waste, paper plastic glass etc We would be used to 3 bins only and a once a week collection. Father of the owner met us on arrival. He was very kind & most helpful. He left a calender& explained the recycling, showed us around the apartment, making sure we knew how things worked & where to find everything. He even left us an umbrella as it was raining, which was very useful during our stay. Very thoughtful.
This is not the owners fault at all, but the neighbour upstairs was very noisy. Unluckily for us, he was doing work in the house late at night weekends Sunday drilling & hammering. Also, a young toddler running up & down playing above our heads early morning & up until 1030pm some nights! The noise started at times just when you wanted to relax, switch off..Weather was bad most of our stay heavy rain & strong wind so we were housebound some of the time which didn't help The location is good if you have a car but not so good if you walk. It's a good trek to and from the centre of Viareggio. There is 1 small shop within walking distance, not always open.but you can get bread, water, eggs, and cheese there, which is very convenient. Overall, it is a quiet neighbourhood
