Good location, but would need some adjustments must be done to make it even better.
There was enough space for everything. There was also a terrace, which is nice. The TV worked (even with Netflix). The location was quiet and we could park there until the luggage was taken upstairs. The air conditioning was really nice.
Minor maintenance tasks were neglected (like missing hangers for the towels in the bathroom, because it fell off - one could see the glue residue, the toilet seat was missing a few bits). Also, the terrace was nice, but the outdoor unit of the air condition from the upstairs neighbors was on our terrace. E.g. no control if the neighbor turns it on. We also met some ants during our stay. The fridge is really small (although there is plenty of space to put a bigger one in). The bed was really uncomfortable - it was heavily used probably, because there was a huge "hole" in the middle. Also, there is basically no soundproofing from the stairs is non existent. Every movement, every word could be heard.

La posizione è perfetta e la struttura è molto pulita, il personale gentilissimo e rapido.
Letto scomodissimo sicuramente molto vecchio o comunque di scarsissima qualità.
