The ambience and the staffs were very accommodating. That guy named Bible Gurung was very helpful and kind to take care of my stay. Definitely recommend if someone needs a good apartment based stays.

O lugar é excelente, cama, banho, quarto, limpo confortável, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, muitos restaurantes, casa de câmbio... o staff é excepcional. Recomendo muito.
Só não gostei do frigobar, não funcionou, mas eles me forneceram água gelada.

Modern, comfortable and excellent customer services!
We stayed at Daali Hotel & Apartment for two nights before our group trek and another night after returning from the trek and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic! Situated in the heart of Thamel, everything is within walking distance, from trekking gear shops and souvenir stores to local handicrafts and plenty of restaurants. Yes, it can get a little noisy due to its central location, but that’s a small trade-off for the convenience. Besides, the area does quiet down late at night. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful and comfortable. Don’t let the small lobby fool you! The rooms are surprisingly lovely, spotlessly clean, well-maintained and modern, so comfortable especially after a long trek! What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. From the receptionists and restaurant staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend Daali Hotel & Apartment to anyone visiting Kathmandu. Will definitely book here again on my next visit!
