Essentially comfortable but cleaning fluid smell very strong..

It was away from the busy road noise which os a top priority. It was nice and central and was warm.

The ammonia smell was quite overpowering. Even with leaving the windows open it was still strong. The bed was firmer than we are used too, which is not anyone's fault. The soap dispenser over the bath did not work. The button on the cistern would stick down and we would need to do repairs. The fan in the bathroom was automatic snd very noisy and would go for about 10 mins after leaving .
