    Love this place!

    Traditional NZ beach bach...we loved it! Well equipped, clean, tidy, close to beach and shops and very private.

    Great location

    Awesome location right next to a grass reserve which is right on the beach. Great lying in bed in the main bedroom and looking out the french doors across to a bit of the ocean and an island. The place was lovely and light with lots of windows. A second shower and loo are outside. Loved the artwork on the walls.

    The key lock box is not where the instructions say. It is to the left of the front door, at the side of the house. The bathroom is off the second bedroom which unfortunately means you are likely to wake people in that bedroom up if going to the loo in the night. Or you could go to the 'outside loo'. The double beds were comfy but I gather the single bed wasn't so great. Disappointed that we didn't get a reply to our request of a 12pm check out.

    Incredible location to Hahei Beach

    The location was spectacular. House was beautiful and loved the outdoor shower. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to couple of restaurants. Nighttime viewing of stars was incredible. Felt very safe.

    The house got very warm, even with windows open during the day. No place to hang clothes up on hangars. Would have been nice to have an umbrella and beach towels, since we were traveling in from another country. Had to go through one bedroom to access bathroom, unless you went outside to access additional bathroom at the back of the house. All-in-all we made it work!
