    Comfortable. Spacious flats. Staff needs more training.

    Comfortable. Good location. Kitchen facilities substandard: no coffee creamer, inadequate supplies. Lady at reception said that I could order coffee, so when I asked for a coffee, she made it with dirty hands - just eaten with her hands.
