    Hotel sem defeitos

    O hotel é extremamente confortável e limpo, além de espaçoso. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente prestativos e educados! A localização, que foi o que nos fez reservar esse hotel, realmente é excelente. O hotel fica do lado da estação de Kyoto, o que facilita para aqueles que chegam de Shinkansen. Além disso, os deslocamentos para a cidade são bem facilitados, visto que o hotel é perto também de pontos de ônibus. Por fim, o hotel é em cima de uma 7/11 e fica ao lado de um shopping, que permite um ótimo acesso à todo o tipo de alimentação sem esforço!

    It was mostly good stay

    This place is in a great location and has a simple way to communicate with the daily cleaning staff to get clean towels. The bathroom is spacious, has good water pressure, and the breakfast is delicious.

    The room was cozy, but there wasn’t enough space to open our luggage. The breakfast buffet area was also too crowded. I wish the hotel staff would enforce hand sanitizing before guests entered the buffet area.
