バスルームはとてもきれいでバスタブも名古屋にありがちな和風の脱衣所と別れたタイプでないところがかえって私には使い勝手がよかったです。また、滞在中は室内がとても静かでした。
一人での使用ですが、セミダブルのベッドにまくらは通常２つのものです。まくらとして使用するのではなく、TVなどベッドで見る際に背もたれや枕の高さを作るために２つ必要です。２個用意されたほうが好印象かと思います。ホテルでリラックスしたい女性にはやや殺風景すぎる飾りのなさすぎるしつらえかと思います。高いものでなくともよいので絵など一枚あると一挙に柔らかな印象になるのでは。

Cleanliness and front desk staff need to improve and give more training
location quite good, hotel nearby got a lot of tax refund shop
toilet bowl got blood....not clean at all....tell the hotel front desk guys(chubby one) he is not understand what is toilet bowl...and hotel front desk keep changing staff....total 4 staff keep asking for passport....and last person still call and come to our room to ask for password....we already gave them passport more than 5 times.....we will suspect are we doing anything wrong??

Excellent location, 2-3 minutes from Shinkansen station!
The bed is pushed to the wall so difficult for the person sleeping inside to go in and out!
