    Very clean and very well equipped flat located very close to the centre. Since we were in the middle of our trip ve appreciated washing machine very much. The owners were very comunicative, we were given all information we needed and technical problem was solved within few minutes. 10 stars from us

    Lovely, clean apartment. Quiet with great views from 5th floor. Easy access via door buzzers on phone. Easy to communicate with staff and Simone was very helpful through whatsapp when I needed to contact. Would stay again!

    Overall, we enjoyed our time and really appreciated the attentive service.

    We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The staff were very helpful, communication was smooth throughout, and when a maintenance issue came up, they responded quickly and with care. It’s also in a convenient location, within walking distance of Modena’s historic center.

    The apartment is warm and comfortable, though some aspects feel a little dated, and the building itself could benefit from some updates. That said, we felt safe and comfortable walking in the neighborhood.
