    Don't judge a book by it's cover.

    What the property lacks in external appearance, it more than makes up for inside. Comfortable sofa and beds, plenty of space, and climate control was great, especially with the heat and humidity outside. Adequate means of creating privacy for multiple tenants. Full kitchen and great shower were a huge plus. Well made up residence from what looks on the outside to be an abandoned warehouse :)

    Only real issue was crickets of all things. We found 4-5 crickets that we had to squash, but other than that, nothing bad to say.
