Aspetti positivi: gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario e ottima comunicazione e accoglienza, ampio parcheggio di fronte a casa, nessuna scala da fare con le valigie, bel giardinetto, posto tranquillo in mezzo al verde, dimensioni della casa abbastanza buone, spazi ben distribuiti, letto comodo, cucina ben attrezzata, soggiorno accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le bottiglie d'acqua che ci ha lasciato il proprietario.
La casa ci è sembrata umida e c'era un leggero odore di umidità. Il giorno che siamo arrivati faceva davvero caldo fuori ma dentro sembrava autunno e nonostante tutte le finestre aperte per tutta la sera, le lenzuola risultavano un po' come umide e fredde. La cucina era attrezzata ma coi mobili abbastanza vecchi e alcune superfici erano un po' unte. Ah, un'altra cosa che ci ha dato fastidio è l'assenza delle tende sulla finestra del bagno. Capisco che la finestra dava sul giardino interno ma comunque mi sono rifiutata di farmi la doccia la sera proprio di fronte alla finestra e l'ho fatta la mattina dopo.

Einfacher Check-in mit Schlüsselcode. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Morgens hört man den Straßenverkehr und die Fenster können nicht abgedunkelt werden.

Ondanks het relatieve kleine oppervlak is het een zeer complete woning. De verhuurder is aardig. Er loopt een hele knuffelige Maine Coon kat (buiten) rond 😻
Wij waren er met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. De kinderen sliepen op de bedden in de slaapkamer. Wij sliepen op de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Eigen keuze. Was niet super comfortabel.

Everything! Great accommodation, lovely host who came outside to meet us and explain everything in the property. Couldn't have asked for a better night.
