    Noisy and uncomfortable stay, traffic and upstairs noise compounded by a cold room and no heating.

    For starters, the property is located directly on a busy road, with constant traffic noise and significant disturbance from the occupants upstairs, making for a very uncomfortable stay. The room was uncomfortably cold, especially given the wet weather, and the information provided about the heating facilities was misleading.
