    We have been going to Dalyan for over 20 years and would be happy to stay here again.

    A good size property that was ideal for us. Location was good with a short walk to a shop and around 15 minutes to the town centre. The property was in a quiet area and not overlooked.

    No issues with the property at all, just a suggestion to lower the height of the trees between the villas so that you get benefit of the sun in the villa we stayed in right to the end of the day.

    Beautiful modern Villa with established gardens and pool area

    Lovely modern villa with beautiful pool area around 10-15 minute walk to main restaurants and bars. The villa owner Ali is very helpful and was always available with any queries I had before and after arrival. Pool was cleaned every day

    A great villa in a great location. Ali the owner is very helpful if you encounter any problems.

    Location was perfect. Very quiet but only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Dalyan.

    Though it was not applicable to us, the third bedroom in the attic would not be able to be used by adults, due to its very low ceiling height.
