Buon compromesso costo/location. Consiglio!
Proprietario molto disponibile, gentile e velocissimo nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento molto comodo per raggiungere i principali punti della città (basilica a. Maria maggiore, Terme di traiano, Colosseo ecc. sono tutti nell’arco tra i 10 e i 30 min a piedi). All’interno l’appartamento era provvisto di tutto il necessario per ogni evenienza e necessità.
Nonostante sia comoda la location per girare a piedi la via non è proprio sicurissima. Non è successo nulla, neppure all’auto parcheggiata nella via per tre giorni, ma non ci ha reso super tranquilli nel rientrare la sera al buio. Nel condominio c’erano dei lavori in corso di ristrutturazione che hanno reso l’appartamento, già da prima che entrassimo in casa, pieno di polvere e detriti a terra. Il proprietario ci ha avvisato solo lo stesso giorno di arrivo. Avrei preferito essere avvisata prima per i nostri problemi di salute.

Квартира соответствует фото,просторно.Кухня хорошая,были кофе,чай.Санузел хороший.Света мало из-за реставрационных работ
Понравились близость к центральному вокзалу Термини,с него нам надо было уезжать,до некоторых достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком или несколько остановок на метро

Very pleasant apartament and stay in Rome!
Our stay was very enjoyable – the location is excellent, just 3 minutes from Termini station and about a 30-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in Rome. Communication with the host was very good, and we can definitely recommend this place.
One small downside was the lack of a working TV, but this wasn’t really a problem – after all, you don’t come to Rome to sit and watch television!
