    Great. Would come again!

    Stayed during weekdays for our son's birthday so it was a little bit quiet. Customer service was really good. Offered us parking in front of the lobby. They called to make sure room was okay, when complained on the shower condition, they immediately sent their engineer to inspect it. Amazing service.

    Exceptional Hospitality!!!

    Truly exceptional in welcoming & accommodating her guests. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Double joy for a strategic room location with a relaxing, beautiful nature environment and sandy beach cool sea-view. We got our request for a late check-out until 3pm as our function at the hall ended at 2pm. Ample time for our exquisite luncheon and smooth check-out. Simply top-notch👍🏻 Thank you.

    The room size was good, spacious and loved having a balcony.

    The cleanliness of the kids pool is slightly questionable and the walkway to breakfast is so dark.

    A wonderful hotel well worth a visit,

    This is a truly remarkable hotel. It is tucked away in a remote part of Sarawak where there must be serious problems with logistics and keeping everything in order but they succeed 100%. They must be congratulated

    We stayed there for 4 nights. Alas, the food was well prepared and was okay for guests staying one or two nights but became very boring for a longer stay. They need to prepare special dishes especially in the evening even when the hotel has a low occupancy rate during off peak periods.
