    BAD EXPERIENCE. BOOKING MUST TAKE RESPONSIBLE

    the room was quite nice.

    doors to toilet cant fully closed. the doors is stuck & need to use curtain. not suitable for family stays & friends. been 3 weeks and i still cant get full invoice from booking.com & property. this issue was between booking & the property. do not involve customers. and u expect customer to accepts your issues??? we are the one paying. booking.com said property will issue invoice. while property said payment was in the apps and they dont get full amount drom booking.com. invoice for what the property receive only. Booking.com is nonsense. till now still ur customer service didnt reply/call me.
