  Avoid at all cost - severe hygiene and safety issues

  Good location but serious safety and hygiene concerns

  Unfortunately, this was probably one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had in the past 10 years of travelling. I want to be fair and say that the location is very good, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the owner was responsive whenever I contacted her. However, our biggest concern was electrical safety. When we used the kettle provided to boil water, the electricity tripped and the socket melted. A replacement kettle was subsequently provided, although it was stained and dirty, and we then discovered that the entire row of kitchen sockets was no longer working. There were other installations that concerned us. There was visible wiring through an open section of wall beside the electric shower. The bedside light was also a very unusual makeshift-looking installation, with what appeared to be a small plastic basket/bin being used as the light housing, mounted onto a wooden structure with a switch and external wiring running down the wall. Hygiene was another issue. We found cockroaches in the bedroom, including around the upholstered bedhead. The carpet was stained, the drinking cups were so stained that we bought paper cups to use instead, and the replacement kettle was also visibly stained and dirty. Comfort was also well below what I would expect at this price. Some pillowcases were ripped, the bed linen was extremely thin and worn, most of the pillows were lumpy and had lost their shape, and the mattress had sunk significantly in the middle, making it very uncomfortable. The only wardrobe was locked and unavailable to guests, so an open clothes rail was provided instead. We were also asked the day before arrival to transfer a RM400 damage deposit to a Malaysian I bank account, something I had not understood to be required when making the booking. We booked for seven nights but only stayed for four and left three nights earlier - the host has refused to refund us the lost night.

  The location is the best. It is well located to mrt, restaurants and amenities. The view of syrrounding damansara is good from the room too.

  Sehr zu empfehlen

  Die Kommunikation ist super. Das Schwimmbad am 3. Stock ist rießig. Das Klima funktioniert sehr gut, sehr große Appartment mit 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer.

  A bit old, air con not working, either too cold or too hot, location is good. TV n tv box only can show chinese old songs, remote ctrl has no battery.... Shower water is strong
