The grandma she was very kind with us
They didn’t have every day clean towels we had to ask for them and for the toilet paper also and the shower was not comfortable and they didn’t have something to dry our hairs after the shower

Traditional and friendly
Incredibly friendly host. She would engage me in conversation every day, despite me not understanding a word of Bulgarian haha
It's a little bit far from the gondola and centre of town but it was a last minute booking.
