  Soggiorno fantastico! Struttura accogliente, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Posizione comoda, ambiente tranquillo e soprattutto grande disponibilità e gentilezza da parte della proprietaria. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Exceptional stay in a wonderful apartment!

  Our stay at Dammuso Lauretta in Ortigia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment is beautiful, full of character, and was impeccably clean when we arrived. It was clear immediately how much care and attention goes into preparing the space for guests. What made the stay especially memorable, though, was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. Carmela was warm, thoughtful, attentive, and always available whenever we had a question. Every little detail had been considered, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment that made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We especially appreciated the lovely welcome touches waiting for us when we arrived, including champagne and water in the fridge and a plate of delicious cookies. The apartment was also stocked with useful toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower caps, which were extremely handy after our long journey. These thoughtful details made the apartment feel especially welcoming and showed just how much care had gone into anticipating guests’ needs. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple and well organized. Before we even arrived, Carmela sent us a detailed video showing us around the apartment and explaining exactly where to find everything we might need. This was especially appreciated because we arrived extremely late after a very long and difficult journey. When it was time to leave, she also sent us a video showing exactly how to lock everything up and complete the check-out. These small but very thoughtful details made the entire experience effortless and stress-free. During our stay, we noticed a small issue with the air-conditioning unit dripping. We let Carmela know, and she responded immediately. Even though it was a Sunday, she and her husband came to check the problem and made sure it was taken care of. Her attentiveness and genuine concern for our comfort were exceptional.

  Abbiamo soggiornato qui come famiglia di 5 persone, 2 adulti e 3 bambini, ma purtroppo l’alloggio non ci è sembrato affatto comodo per una famiglia. La stanza è molto piccola, con letti e angolo cucina tutti nello stesso ambiente. Appena entrati abbiamo sentito un forte odore di umidità, che purtroppo non siamo riusciti a eliminare perché la stanza è priva di finestre e non è possibile arieggiarla adeguatamente. Inoltre, l’ambiente risulta molto buio. Le uniche aperture sono la porta d’ingresso e un’altra porta che abbiamo dovuto lasciare sempre aperta per cercare di far circolare un po’ d’aria. Tuttavia, essendo una zona di passaggio frequentata da altre persone, non era possibile tenerla aperta liberamente, con conseguente poca privacy. Nel complesso, per una famiglia con bambini, l’alloggio non ci è sembrato adatto né particolarmente confortevole. Ci aspettavamo condizioni migliori, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l’aria, la luminosità e la vivibilità degli spazi.

  Big and lovely apartment in the heart of Ortigia

  +Hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They also told a bit about the neighbourhood and gave a map with points of interests and recommended restaurants etc around Ortigia. +Apartment is very clean and spacious. Big fridge with some complimentary water, ice tea, juice and fruits. +Location is just perfect. Easily walkable distance from anytjing in Ortigia.
