    Highly recommended

    Fantastic apartment and host. The best place we have ever stayed at. Nicely decorated and furnished. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful extra touches including food and toiletries. Our host was very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly. Fully deserves a 10!

    Excellent place to stay near Ypres

    We were warmly welcomed by Frans plus the apartment was nice & quiet & relaxing. There were so many kind touches they leave which made our stay comfortable- food in the fridge, fruit, breakfast cereal etc. Frans was also very helpful with advice of things to do eg Menin Gate Last Post at 8pm. We would warmly recommend this place and would stay again

    Was een super verblijf.

    Er was aan alles gedacht voor het ontbijt. Mochten we iets anders willen, was de bakker heel dichtbij.

    Zal niks weten wat beter zal kunnen. Alles was werkelijk super.

    Tout était parfait.

    Appartement très joli et bien conçu, avec des équipements très complets et très propres. Notre hôte Frantz est quelqu’un de vraiment adorable. Nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour. Lorsque nous reviendrons dans le secteur pour d’autres visites, nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hébergement.

    Feels like home from home.

    I have stayed at the apartment around 10 times. I always come back . Frans is a great host. The apartment feels like home. It is quite and there is parking. It has everything I need. I am returning in November.
