    Midden in centrum Thessaloniki - modern gerenoveerd appartement 2-slaapkamers

    Centrale locatie in Thessaloniki, je wandelt overal zo naar toe. Verder super netjes en mooi gerenoveerd appartement.

    Vaatwasser was stuk, weinig lepels en geen bakjes voor yoghurt. Dus geen belangrijke dingen.

    Serious security concerns and unprofessional handling of the incident

    We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this property. Shortly after checking in, we went out for dinner for approximately 1.5 hours (front door and all access to balconies were locked). When we returned, someone had broken into the apartment and stolen our luggage, laptops, and phone. What was especially alarming was that there was no sign of forced entry, which made the situation even more concerning. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of support from the property agent. Despite the seriousness of the incident, the agent did not come to the apartment to check on us or inspect the property, nor did they offer to accompany or assist us in making a police report. We were left to handle the situation entirely on our own in a foreign country after experiencing a traumatic theft. As a result of this incident and the lack of support from the property management, we decided to check out the very next day as we no longer felt safe staying at the property. Given the timing of the incident — occurring immediately after our check-in — and the lack of response or concern from the management, we cannot recommend this property. Safety, security, and proper guest support should be basic standards for any accommodation.
