    The breakfast was delicious. The pool was lovely.

    The sound of insects outside was loud. I would like better soundproofing. You cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet in the room. For a luxury hotel, surely they could do something about this? The quality of the staff was poor. The service at the front desk was the worst; the staff didn't even recognize guests. The doorman was also terrible—he wouldn't open or close the door promptly, leaving guests to do it themselves. The service was appalling.
