    Basic, underwhelming, would avoid

    Hotel name and location given are inaccurate. Just shrug when you mention. Seems like check in staff have no idea how to do anything - booking breakfast was hard work. At bar, wait 15 minutes for anyone to turn up. then didnt know how to make an 'orange and lemonade' even though both bottles in fridge behind them. breakfast ok - just help yourself to cooked items. no tea at breakfast, although tea bags in the room (but no milk) alarm at 2am, not fire alarm - but happened to all staying. TV turned on by itself at 4am. rooms super hot - could not turn down radiators. couldnt open window as over the car park. overall would not stay again - Faulty Towers would be an improvement. shattered after one night,
