•The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services. •In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure. •Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted. •Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual. •City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival. •Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration. •At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table. In case of forgetfulness you will be charged €50 for the cost of the duplicate and the service fee. •Heating and air conditioning temperatures are set in compliance with municipal regulations. The on/off dates are set by the authorities. •Arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation. If no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     DIAVOLO TERRACE

    L'ambiance et la décoration. Appartement chaleureux.

    Appartement choisi notamment pour la climatisation, en cette période de canicule, qui était en panne. L'appartement se trouvant sous les toits, ce fut 2 nuits épouvantables que nous avons passées avec une température plus élevée (33 degrés) dedans que dehors. Nous n'avons pas dormi, ma femme a fait un malaise vagal, mon fils cadet saignait chaque nuit du nez et ma fille a fait une conjonctivite aiguë dûe aux ventilateurs très poussiéreux (3 petits ventilateurs pour nous 5). C'est dommage car l'appartement est vraiment charmant mais là nous avons passé un séjour horrible à Venise.

    Smaakvol appartement met dakterras in een rustig deel van Venetie.

    Fijne plek, uit de drukte, supermarkt om de hoek, restaurant S in de buurt. Het huis is heel smaakvol en voor Venetiaanse begrippen ruim en het dakterrasje is echt geweldig! Er waren geen muggen wat in Venetië ook echt een voordeel is.

    Je kunt de airconditioning niet lager zetten dat 25 graden en 25 zou ook prima zijn geweest maar binnen bleef het 28 ( buiten 30). Er zijn wel ook fans. In de zomermaanden is dit dus wel iets om rekening mee te houden. De informatie over afval klopte niet maar gaandeweg kwamen we erachter hoe het werkt.

    Although climbing the narrow stairs may not be ideal, I would still rate this place an 11 out of 10 if I could. The apartment is exceptionally charming and spacious, with a terrace offering nearly 360° views over Venice. Located in a residential neighborhood away from the areas saturated with mass tourism, it provides a truly authentic atmosphere. For those using the vaporetto, I recommend the Giardini stop — you’ll enjoy better sightseeing spots and avoid the small bridges that make carrying luggage difficult. The street leading to the marina is lined with shops and restaurants at prices far more reasonable than in the rest of Venice.

    Obiekt w fajnym miejscu z dala od zgiełku a jednocześnie blisko centrum. Ciekawy układ mieszkania i cudowny taras na dachu, z którego niestety przez słabą pogodę nie udało nam się skorzystać.

    Bei Wind und Regen hört man es durch das Dach schon deutlich. Auch, dass das Licht im Treppenhaus nicht geht, ist nicht so schön für abends
