Very comfortable and enjoyable
Anything you could think of needing during your stay Andrea has provided! So many little touches that make the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is great, in walking distance to the grocery store, lovely restaurants and shops and also the train line to get closer to the city. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the kitchen amenities were great.
Everything was great, nothing we didn’t like.

Comfortable accommodations for anyone that needs to be close to rail/subway transportation
Location is great for anyone that needs to take an Italiarail (nearest entrance about 400 meters) or Rome Metro (nearest entrance less than 100 meters). Being close to Italiarail makes it possible to do day trips to Florence, Naples at a pretty low cost and you essentially just walk back to the unit once you reach the Termini. The unit was decorated tastefully which gave it a homey feeling. AC functioned well to keep the unit cool even though day time highs in Rome was between 35° C to 37° C. Kitchen has all of the appliances that a typical north american one bedroom would have. There is a small washing machine but no clothes dryer. We just used the clothes rack that was provided. The unit is spacious especially the bedroom... unexpectedly so. Even had a separate sitting area which we just used to dry our wash. I was expecting much tighter accomodations but this was a pleasant surprise. So the stay just felt comfortable. There is a small elevator so it's easy to transport your luggage as well as yourself to the 3rd floor where the unit is located.
The area being closer to the train station is a bit sketchy with some homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk but I wasn't really worried about my safety.
