Location
Extremely noisy, confused staff who didn’t know where my room was, poor blackout curtains capability in our suite, very expensive versus the quality of accommodation

It was great.
My daughter and I came up from NC for a funeral and Danfords was the perfect location to be at. Plus it was great to be able to see the ferry again and the water and how pretty Port Jeff is

Disappointment
Location was convenient
The room was not at all as advertised. It was sparsely furnished, no balcony (there was a roof deck, but given a member of our party struggles with mobility this was not accessible). Bed was uncomfortable and room quality over all was not worth the cost

We enjoyed our stay and will return.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room location was good overlooking the water.
Cleanliness of the surrounding parking area and parts of the park that are adjacent to the parking area. I realize that it isn't part of their property but there could be a bit more attention to picking up trash that some people think is okay to drop on the ground.
