    Sehr angenehm, sauber und unkompliziert, einziger Mangel ist die Klimaanlage und die ungenaue vorherige Beschreibung der

    Es war alles sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war für zwei Personen vollkommend ausreichend. Der Check-In und Check-Out war sehr unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem war die Stadt, sowie Supermarkt und Meer nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Apartment an sich sah frisch renoviert aus.

    Die Funktion der Klimaanlage ließ zu Wünschen übrig, bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad hatte man keine Chance in der Wohnung. Außerdem muss erwähnt werden, dass die auf den Bildern gezeigte Terrasse, wie auch beschrieben eine Gemeinschaftsterasse ist. Sie liegt nicht direkt am Apartment sondern ist einen Gang über den Hausflur entfernt.

    Die Lage Zimmerausstattung OK.

    Klimaanlage ohne wirkliche Funktion. Sauberkeit Luft nach oben vorhanden. Außenanlage wirkt verlassen , lieblos , reines Rendite Objekt.
