    Lovely cosy country cottage

    The cottage is lovely and cosy. The location beautiful. From the cottage you can easily get onto the public footpaths for a walk through the fields and parks. Also about a 10 minute walk to town high Street. Great for dogs. Rules are the dogs cannot go upstairs or be on soft furnishings. There are sheep in the park nearby so keep dogs on leads. Rooms are clean and no issue with the facilities. Spacious kitchen, ideal for cooking and large dining table for meals.

    There was a towel left in one of the bathrooms that looked like it was from a previous stay. There is space for one car on the drive. If you have two cars you may have to park a few mins away on one of the roads.

    Schönes Haus an guter Lage, leider etwas unreinlich.

    Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage war für uns tipptopp

    Leider funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht und wir mussten unsere bereits gekauften Kapseln ungenutzt da lassen. Allgemein sollte die Küche und die Kücheneinrichtung grund gereinigt werden.

    Beautiful cottage

    Beautiful cottage, very well appointed and modernised

    Garden is not secure for dogs so you have to keep them on a lead in the garden.

    Lovely cottage but attention to detail not good

    Lovely location. Picturesque cottage.

    Beds so noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Cobwebs everywhere even when we had just followed cleaner in. Coffee machine not working. Bbq area overgrown so couldn’t be used. Prickles and brambles along the car parking area. Garden not in best condition. Had to pay for cleaners but obviously not cleaned properly was disappointing.

    House stayed amazingly cool in the heat, close to Brighton, only a 30 minute bus from the city centre. Comfortable beds, two baths, and a great kitchen.
