    Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten und zugewandten Gastgeberin.

    Einfach alles. Es ist eine sehr schöne, voll ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat uns bereits vor der Reise mit Tipps zur Anreise, dem Flughafentransfer etc. versorgt. Vorort mangelte es an nichts: Von Restaurantempfehlungen über Einkaufs- und Ausflugstipps bis zur Möglichkeit unser Gepäck noch bis zum späten Abflug unterzustellen war für alles gesorgt. Ganz herzlichen noch einmal.

    This was one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. We arrived late in the evening with our young child, exhausted after a long journey, only to discover that we could not enter the apartment at all. No keys, no access code, no check-in instructions — and the host was completely unreachable. We were left standing outside the building at night with our luggage and an exhausted, crying child, not knowing what to do or where to go. We tried repeatedly to contact the host by phone and messages, but there was absolutely no response. The host only appeared after we contacted Booking.com, more than 18 hours later, almost a full day after our arrival. Until then, we were left without any help or information. Because of this, we had to urgently find another place to stay in the middle of the night, pay extra money, and take a taxi. The start of our trip was completely ruined, and the emotional impact on our family — especially our child — was significant. Not being able to enter your accommodation and being ignored for almost a full day is not a small mistake — it is a serious failure. I strongly warn other travelers, especially families or anyone arriving late, to be extremely careful.
