Дуже б хотілося щоб в цю ціну входила парковка автомобіля,бо ми залишили автомобіль поруч і нас оштрафували

Recommend
It is a nice apartment for a stay, all facilities present, grocery store and tram stop super close. Also a well rated Austrian restaurant very close. City centre a tram and a subway ride away, but very convenient and fast. The neighbourhood is also good. We chose this further location for a specific reason, and got a very nice place for a super good price.

The communication with the hosts was easy with a very short response time. I did enquire about luggage storage way ahead of check in time, and was kindly granted access to the apartment hours before check in time. The codes for entrance to the building and apartment were send at 10am sharp, and were functional. The apartment is a short walk from bus and tram stations. Walkable distance to Congress Center (approximately 35-40 min via garden colony and along the Danube). The apartment has all required and advertised amenities, including dish soap, washing detergent and large bottles of shampoo and body wash. Plenty of towels. Washing machine has a number of different programs to chose from. In the bedroom sufficient hangers in the cabinets , as well as spare blankets and pillows. The iron worked perfectly. Large smart TV with Netflix and all kind of series. Foreign Channels including Russian.
The apartment is on the level of the sidewalk. Therefore, Windows cannot be left open unsupervised to air the apartment, which explains the slightly damp climate. But the dampness regulates immediately when the windows are being opened. And as a suggestion- the addition of a dish towel would be highly valued. These are minor remarks, which did not influence the overall experience at all.
