Needs more improvement based on feedback.
It can accommodate a group and ample space.
No signal though am aware but WiFi is erratic, communication is disrupted Aircon not functioning Not good maintenance Breakfast is too expensive and same breakfast menu every morning, the food is just reheated No butler to clean the room throw garbage while guests are out

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Dapitan. Great value and beautiful!
Location was great. Not too far from the Boulevard, and from Dipolog as well. Had an amazing beach all to ourselves. Rooms, beds and facilities were comfortable and clean. House was spacious and put everyone at ease. And the people taking care of the place were incredibly helpful. No cellphone reception, but wifi was fast and reliable. Jean, the owner, was also easy to contact, responded quickly, and great to deal with.
