    Clean but not as advertised with poor communication

    The property was updated and clean and was an excellent location.

    The check in process was disappointing: I was told that I could pay the city tax upon arrival at check in but was asked to do it online several times with links that didn’t work. Upon arrival the room was not ready at the listed check in time and there was no staff onsite. We had to wait for our room another 40 mins and there is no common area bathroom. Communication overall was disappointing, the AC and mini fridge were not working in one room and when I requested a fix they said they were already aware. When I asked for a partial refund I received weeks of poor communication and finally received a partial refund for less than what was promised and approved by the office.

    The property was convenient to most things. The staff refreshed our room every day and gave us refills on the beverages in our refrigerator.
