    Lage super, aber bedarf dringend einiger Reparaturen

    Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Es sind zahlreiche Restaurants, Supermärkte, etc in direkter Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit DaPlace war immer sehr schnell, bemüht und freundlich. Das Bad wurde scheinbar renoviert und ist besser als auf den Fotos.

    Die Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich. Es ist sehr laut - bis 4 Uhr nachts feiernde Menschen, ab 5:30 kommt die Kehrmaschine, dann die Müllabfuhr, etc. Am Wochenende ist die riesige Werbewand mit Flutlichtstrahlern beleuchtet und es ist taghell im Wohnzimmer. Leider ist vieles in der Wohnung nicht so wie es sein sollte. Am Gravierendsten fanden wir, dass die Tür vom Badezimmer nicht geschlossen werden kann, weil sie größer ist als der Türrahmen, weswegen sie immer mindestens einen Spalt offen steht. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht ("No Signal") und in der Fernbedienung waren keine Batterien. Glühbirnen waren teilweise kaputt, das Gefrierfach vom Kühlschrank bleibt nicht geschlossen, weswegen der Inhalt vom Kühlschrank gefriert. Ein Haken an der Fensterlade im Schlafzimmer und einer im Wohnzimmer fehlen. Die Müllentsorgung ist leider auch etwas abenteuerlich, da die Mülltonnen 180m von der Wohnung entfernt sind (was man erst auf Nachfrage erfährt) und auch nur zu bestimmten Zeiten dort stehen.

    La ubicación es sin duda excelente.

    Suciiisimo. Mugre por todas partes, el baño viejo sucio e indecente. La toalla la apoyamos en el suelo y se puso negra al instante. Olía a alcantarilla. No tenía microondas.

    Quite dangerous stair railing to get to the second layer if traveling with little kids.
