Very bad dirty hotel
Nothing
Where do i even start if i could give it a zero i would. First of all we booked a two bedroom suite instead they gave us two tiny rooms with a tiny tiny hallway and the rooms didn't even have a door and zero privacy and it looked nothing like the pictures they clearly used ai or they have one good room to take pictures. Second of all the rooms were dirty they had stains all over the walls and beds and towels the cleanest part of the room was the tiny bathroom if you could even call that clean. Third of all the curtains were dirty and stained with rips all over them and they didn't even have a safety/security box. The water pressure in the bathroom was very very weak it would take us 3 hours to take a shower with the droplets we were showering with. The towels they provided were very dirty and stinky they had lots of stains on them and they were disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable if i slept on the floor it would've been better. The ac was also very bad and old if you pressed anything on the remote other than the on/off button it would stop working entirely if they gave us an old fan or they put a ceiling fan it would have cooled the room better than that so called ac. Theres lots of stairs before the entrance and no one to help with the bags, the lift was very old and could carry only one person and a bag or it would stop working so we needed multiple trips to get all our stuff to the first floor. Maybe the only good thing about this place was the hair dryer in the bathroom. The security lady in the first floor is very very very rude she yelled and screamed at us like a lunatic cuz i put two bags in the lift so they could go down and then id go down using the stairs and then she was screaming at us to take all 9 of our bags on the streets while it was raining to wait for our taxi and she was cursing us in italian thinking we don't understand. Overall this was a very bad way to end our trip and it was a bad experience thanks for...

Location was good Clean and comfortable. A/C worked great.
This is not a hotel with 24/7 front desk. Not a bad thing, Just know that. Also must use phone to enter building. So make sure your phone works if not from UE. No bad review.

Importante que aclaren que no es un hotel, son habitaciones con zona común. No tiene recepción, en nuestro caso estuvieron siempre atentos y contestaron al momento. Por favor dejen cápsula de café todos los días, solo tuvimos el día que llegamos…
