    Aufteilung der Unterkünfte, dem Pool Bereich und der Sitzecke

    Sehr dreckig und unhygienisch. Personal konnte kaum Englisch und hat uns eine Mitarbeiterin via Videocall gezeigt, nur weil mein Kollege drei Sätze Französisch konnte. Das geht überhaupt nicht und wir wussten nicht mit der Situation umzugehen
